What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay directly by bank transfer, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Twint or PayPal. If you pick up your order personally at one of our locations, we also accept cash.

Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship internationally!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be with you within two to five working days. When ordering abroad, you have to be patient for a little longer.
How much does the shipping cost?
Standard shipping to Switzerland costs CHF 9.00, whereas orders above 3 pieces are free of charge. International shipping depends on the quantity and region.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Of corse! In Zurich, Lucerne and St. Gallen you can pick up your order directly from us. After purchasing your order, we will gladly get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you have changed your mind and your order is not damaged or used, you can simply send the goods back to us. We will transfer the value of the goods back to your account.
How do I send my order back?
To improve our service, we’d love to have a direct exchange with you. Send us an email or contact us by phone. Describe the reasons for your return and we will record your data. Together we will find the best way to return it. Either we meet in Zurich, Lucerne or St. Gallen or you simply send your order to us by post.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
You will have to pay the costs of returns yourself. If you had to return a good due to our fault, we will of corse transfer the value of the goods as well as the costs of returns back to your account.
My order is damaged. What now?
